Baseline and continuous data
Comprehensive labs on a quarterly cadence, plus Whoop, Oura, Garmin, and scale data in one record.
Built on current sports science and clinical data — not influencer threads. Training, peptides, and labs live on one desk, next to your Oura and Whoop. If a session felt off, the plan changes. If the body is not responding, we look at the labs with your physician. No blanket protocol. No guessing.

The work
Expert protocols, backed by world-renowned coaches and current training ideology — built for the elite athlete and the amateur. No blanket systems. We keep listening: coaches, athletes, and the ideologies that actually hold up in the field.
Human error and human bias stall training. This is not AI slop, and it is not a protocol copied from a chatbot or a weekend coach. It is science-backed work that flexes to you.

Today · after your long run
How did you feel on your long run? Tomorrow let’s do an easy run, but ease into it. Throw in 4×80–100m strides after, focusing on form and feeling smooth. Feel free to change into spikes for the strides.
Measured change
When magnesium is optimal, the dose comes down.
When recovery slips, the plan changes. You see the map.

Blood, saliva, and stool — plus wearables and a biometric scale.
02
The AI reads every marker against your goals and history.
03
Peptides in two vials. Nutrients in one or two bottles. Not twenty pills.

Food, devices, and protocols arrive. Partners stay invisible to you.
05
Quarterly retests and daily conversation. Charts show what actually moved.

The compound
Ten to fifteen supplements become one or two bottles. Peptides become two vials — most can be mixed. A common recomp stack: clomiphene, a microdose GLP-1, and sermorelin, designed from your labs, not a catalog.
Meals come from regenerative sources, screened for heavy metals and microplastics. Training starts simple — daily push-ups, squats, a kettlebell — then scales to equipment-aware programs with form guides in your earbuds.

Idealife membership

Includes a starter kit of about $2,000 — labs, devices, and first compounds. Skin in the game.
Idealife recommends and coordinates fulfillment through licensed medical partners and compounding pharmacies. We do not practice medicine. Final clinical decisions rest with you and your physicians.
